PURPOSE OF GENERAL ELECTIVE COURSES:  These courses are offered for the purposes of (1) introducing students to a subject area, (2) allowing exploration in a variety of areas, and (3) enrichment.  It is believed that all of the courses offered in Waller Junior High School achieve these goals.  Students desiring intensive and specialized study in these areas will have the opportunity to accomplish that goal during the high school years.
