Parmesean Treats


2 cups whole-wheat flour
1/3-cup vegetable oil
1/3-cup powdered milk
1 egg
� cup Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons garlic powder

Preheat the oven to 350F

In a blender or a food processor, thoroughly blend all ingredients. Add just enough water to form a stiff dough consistency.

Use a wooden rolling pin dusted with flour to roll out the dough to �-inch thickness

Place the dough on an ungreased cookie sheet

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes

If you want crunchy treats, turn off the oven and let the cookies stay in the oven for an additional hour. For more doughy treats, remove the tray right away.

Allow the giant treat cookie to cool before breaking it into small pieces.

Store the pieces inside resealable plastic bags in the refrigerator.
