This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to best of my knowledge. All puppies are up to date on shots and worming required for their age. dogs are guarnteed for 72 hours from date of purchase against major defects which make them unsuitable as a pet... All dogs should be seen by the buyers veterinarian during the 72 hour guarantee period .If genetic defect is found the breeder must be notified with in 24 hours. A letter form the examining veterinarian must be offered as evidence of the defect. Breeder than has the right to have a veterinarian of their choice re-examine the dog.. If defect are proven buyer must return dog to breeder for a full refund or to be replaced by another puppy of equal value. If puppy is not returned to breeder no other guarantee applies.. All veterinarian bills are the responsibly of the buyer.
AKC or CkC registration papers, shots record, pegigrees, sample of food and puppy kit (when available).
A $250.00 non refundable deposit will hold your puppy until it is of age to leave
Buyer has 5 days to send deposit if not received in that time frame the puppy will go to next on our waiting list. Should the puppy become ill or have a life-threateng problem before leaving the premises of the seller, then the buyer can pick a replacement puppy of equal value, first available., or a full refund will be made. The Seller reserves the right to sell or not to sell to any one for any reason. Should buyer postpone or delay Picking up or Shippment of their puppy a service charge of $5.00 per day will be added to your bill.
charge of $5 per day boarding will be added to your bill. A charge of $10 for any extra Shots given. Pups that are shipped are required at 8 weeks to have a health certificate, Air Fare, and Crate Cost are not included in price of Puppy this is a extra $250 to be paid by buyer before being shipped.
Pups that are shipped buyer must be avaiable to recieve shippment at any given date or time. Shipping depends on available flights, space, and temperatures. Our puppies will start to be houSe broke and will have plenty of socialiazation.
If for any reason buyer can not keep puppy , breeder will take it back and try to place with new owners. DOGS MUST NEVER BE TAKEN TO SHELTERS, RESCUESS OR HUMANE SOCIETY FOR ANY REASON.
The Purchaser has read and fully understands the terms of this contract and agrees to comply with them....
