Lillian died in the home of Thomas Luker her father on Thursday June 26th at age 24 years 10 months and 30 days. She left behind one 5 year old female and one 2 year old female at the point of her death. The names of the children were not listed in the obituary notice. She was buried Saturday June 28th in the Pine hill Cemetery in East Nissouri Township Durham County Ontario. The year of her death and burial were not given.

Obituary: Mrs. John Dye:
Following an illness of some three months duration, a highly respected resident of Ingersol passed away Monday morning in the person of Mrs. John Dye, at her residence, Haines Street.
The late Mrs. Dye who was in her 75th year was born in East Nissouri, but the greater part of her life ha d been spent in Ingersol, where her quiet unassuming friendly nature had won her many friends, both in town and in the surrounding districts, and her passing is deeply regretted.
Left to mourn her loss besides her husband are three sisters, Mrs. L. O'Connor, Windsor; Mrs. Winn, London, and Mrs. George Signer of Buffalo; one brother, James Lockery of Toronto; Messrs, Harold, Cecil and Francis Longfield all of Ingersol. Her only daughter, Mrs. H.E. Longfield Predeceased her a little over a year ago.
The funeral is being held this Thursday] afternoon from the Fred S. Newman Funeral Home, to the Ingersol Rural Cemetery. Service is being held at 2:30 o'clock.

John Dye died in his 79th year at the Alexandra Hospital in Ingersol, Ontario. He had been a lifelong resident of North Oxford Township, Ontario.
Obituary: The death of John W. Dye, Oxford Avenue, occurred on Wednesday, March 8, 1944 at Alexandra Hospital. He had not been in good health for some time, but had been able to be down quite recently. Born in North Oxford Township he had been a life long resident of that township and immediate vicinity. He was in his 79th year and is survived by one brother, George of London; and two sisters, Mrs. S. Dowling of St. Agathe, Quebec and Miss Minnie Dye of Windsor.
The funeral was held from the Fred S. Newman Funeral Home, on Friday afternoon with service at 2:3 0 o'clock and was largely attended, Rev. R. H. Parr officiating. Temporary entombment took place at the Ingersol Mausoleum. The pall bearers were Frank Holmes , Embro; Mr. Rodman, London; Joseph Rine, Bert Longfield, Albert Materman, Harvey Bush, Ingersol.

Obituary: Douglas Seaton died on January 6th 1959, at his home, 21 Sydenham St. Dundas. Born at St. Marys, Ontario in 1873, Mr. Seaton came to Dundas 54 years ago, and had operated a Barbershop until his retirement last October. Surviving g besides his wife, the former Charlotte Hair, are two sons, Henry of California a, John of Dundas; three daughters, Mrs. Major Eugene White [Reta] of Fenlon Falls, Mrs. Robert Neale [Cora] and Mrs. Malcolm Howitt [Theo] both of Dundas; and one sister, Mrs. Jacob Stamm, of Sarnia.
The funeral was held on Friday afternoon on at the Cattel Funeral Home Dundas with Rev. A.J. MacLachian in charge. The internment was in White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Hamilton, Ontario. The pallbearers were Alden Brown, Alex Cameron, Geo. Hinshelwood, Edward Gillow, Ashley Reed and Bill Alcroft.

Charlotte Hair died in her 100th year at Wentworth Lodge.

Obituary: Mrs. Douglas Seaton formerly of 16 1/2 McMurray St. Dundas, died on Friday May 11 at Wentworth Lodge in her 100th year. Born at Forest Ontario in 1873, she was the former Charlotte Hair and came to Dundas 68 years ago, and was s a faithful member of the Dundas Baptist Church. Predeceased by her husband in 1959 and a daughter Cora [Mrs. R. Neale] in 1960, she is survived by two sons Henry of Palmdale, California and Jack of Dundas, two daughters, Theo [Mrs. Malcolm Howitt] with whom she resided and Reta [Mrs. Eugene White of Fenlon Falls] and also 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. The funeral was held Monday afternoon at the Cattel and Eaton Funeral Ho me, 53 Main Street, Dundas, with Rev. Elmer Anderson officiating. The internment t took place in White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Hamilton, Ontario.

He was born at Thedford Ontario, son of the late Enoch Seaton and Angeline Lockery, Mr. Seaton had been employed with the City Water Works Department for 28 years, retiring in 1950. He was a member of the Chatham Corps of the Salvation Army, and a member of Branch # 28 Canadian Legion. Word that Able Seaman Harold Seaton of the R.C.N.V.R. had been wounded in active service, was received today by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Charles Seaton , Scane St. The message stated that A.B. Seaton had been wounded in the right arm while serving on a Torpedo Boat in the English Channel. The parents have been informed that further word will be forthcoming as soon as it is available. The wounded young man who is 19 years of age, enlisted June 19, 1943 in Windsor. He went overseas 7 months ago after training in Windsor, Deepbrook and Halifax. He is a former pupil of Queen Mary and Vocational schools.
