Shane has now placed the blame squarely at Ronan and his determination to succeed as a solo artist.Shane said "I want to punch his lights out. I don't mind any man who wants to do his own thing.We decided to take a year out. He said he was going to do a solo album, then come back to do our tour. If we had known he wasn't coming back we could have got on with our lives. That's why I'm pissed off" Shane insisted the tour was not going to happen and concluded "I just hope i never run into him again. I will put him down so hard. One day the devil will visit him" |

| Keith's first movie - taken from Keith's official website! Keith has been offered a movie deal. He is due to film in November in the Uk and Germany. The movie is called 'The Concealment'. It is about: when a WW2 German plane destined for Scotland, mysteriously vanishes with it's secret on board. Two men embark on a mission to find it. One discovers a threat to the Nations security, the other IS the threat. A deadly game of cat and mouse ensures this action and fast paced thriller which leads to an explosive end. But who will be the first to find 'The Concealment'. Keith plays Tony, one of the two men. The movie will be directed by Mario Chioldi and Produced by Russell Gow |
| Mark And Sue's baby Congratulations to the Gately family who have a new arrival to the family. Mark and Sue Gately are proud parents of a bouncing baby boy Ryan David Patrick Gately (which is similar to Stephen's full name) Ryan apparently means 'little king' which is appropriate for a gately baby! |

| Ronan on Boyzone Falling out - 15th November 2001 'The truth is we had fallen out. Two weeks ago in the airport, I was checking in and Keith came over and said hello and we made up. Then Shane and myself met up a few days later and we talked and made up. Then like out of nowhere, Mikey called me on my mobile to say hi. So i made the final move and phoned Stephen and we are all going to hook up for a drink. Boyzone are now mates again!' |
| The Irish Mirror - December 4th 2001 Boyzone star Keith Duffy has put together a team of celebrities hoping to score for children's charity Childline. Duffy and his allstars football team will tackle the cast of hit show Dream Team in a challenge match at Dublin's Tolka Park. The fundraiser will be held on January 26th, the day before the annual Childline concert at the Point Depot. Duffy's team-mates will include Boyzone members Stephen Gately and Mikey Graham, with snooker star Ken Doherty and Brendan O'Carrol |

| Boyzone Reunion - 21st January 2002 Boyzone are planning a sensational reunion tour without frontman Ronan Keating. None of the lads have done much since their last show together a year ago so Stephen Gately, Keith Duffy and Mikey Graham met in Dublin to plot the gigs and they want Shane Lynch involved. A source said 'They want to do the tour they promised the fans. Ronan has scuppered their plans in the past so they want to try it without him. They reckon the fans will still come'. Boyzone last played together in January 2000 when they announced they were planning to give the band a break to concentrate on their solo careers (Fans, please post your views on this in the **message board**) |
