The Timer
    
Monitors the speaking time of all prepared speakers, table topics participants, and evaluators. Signals speakers by using colored cards. Predetermined time limits are:
              Prepared Speech   Table Topics    Evaluation

Green Light       5:00             1:00           1:00

Yellow Light      6:00             1:30           1:30
