NEGOTIATING A SUCESSFUL PURCHASE

When an offer has been presented, I will help you understand your options as a seller.  Each real estate transaction is unique.  There will probably be various ways for us to reach an agreement that will satisfy both you, the seller, and the buyer.  The most typical responses will be:

Acceptance Without Change
Acceptance With Change
Counter Offer on Price Only
Counter Offer on Price and Other Issues
Rejection of Offer

The negotiation phase of a home sale is often the most sensitive and critical step.  My negotiation skills and previous experience will be used to help you accomplish your objectives in a professional and effective manner.


PERSONAL REPRESENTATION AT CLOSING

The closing requires the execution of numerous documents by both the seller and buyer.  It is, of course, critical that the closing be conducted in a professional manner so that no issue arises between the parties that could throw the entire purchase into jeopardy.

I will be present at closing to answer questions and explain any issues that may arise.  If there are any last minute details that require attention, I will be prepared to address those also.
