How you got into the Beatles: My brother got me into them, being that he was substantially older than myself (8 years on me to be exact) he always had all the great records., the best being the Beatles records. I recall with fondness and clarity being in the living room playing Sgt. Pepper on the big huge console radio/turntable/8-track player, and pretending I was dancing the waltz with Harry the Horse I must’ve been all of 5 or 6 years old...my brother and I both shared a room and he had Beatles posters hung up all over the wall, that’s how I developed my first ever crush on any boy...PAUL MCCARTNEY WAS SO DREAMY

Any other information you wish to share: my wonderful husband Robin (bluejway75) and I (appIescruf) met online in the old BLG days...those were the days my friend ..I’ll never forget it, my first computer, and my first sign on to AOL..."now to find something to do" I said to myself..."what’s this? chat rooms?...click here for AOL chat rooms created by AOL members?".....*click*......"HELLO!! WOTS THIS?!! BEATLES LYRICS GAME? OH I must go in there!!!" and what seemed like an innocent inquiry turned out to be something that would change my life forever....I met the most wonderful people in there, even scored me a hubby!!! We played a great game (I even won a few tries) and a splendid time was had by all...but the game was quite serious, and well, some wanted to chat rather than play, and instead of interrupting the game, me and my hubby decided to begin the Magical Mystery Tour chat room, for those of us who wanted to take a break from the game and just  chat, rather than play the BLG...and much to my surprise...IT TOOK OFF!! The bus went on the road, and has never parked since....oh sure, the old chat room is gone...many of us don’t even have AOL anymore...but Shellebrity has continued on the tradition in the Yahoo groups forum, and had managed to keep the bulk of us regulars together...she has remained a faithful and loyal bus driver...and despite her bad driving on occasion...she’s appreciated to the fullest extent (WATCH OUT FOR THAT TREE SHELL!!!) *giggle* all of the people I have met thru the years I wouldn’t trade in for the world (but perhaps for Paul McCartney LOL)
