1961 News Paper Obituary listing reading: ALTON SIGLER DIES OCTOBER 25TH Mr. Alton Murphy Sigler age 55 died after a long illness in the Harmony Community on October 25th at 8:15 p.m. Funeral will be held Friday at 2:00 in the Mangum Chapel, with interment in Short Cemetary, Rev. Lewis Johnson officiated. Survived by four daughters, Mrs. Wayne E. Leach, Center; Mrs. Paul Woodle, Minden, LA; Mrs. Sid Leach, San Augustine; mrs. T. H. Blackburn, Oklahoma City, OK; two sons, Ottis Sigler, Abiliene, Wm. H. Sigler, San Diego, Calif.; one brother, Norman Sigler, Center; one sister, Mrs. Hugh Eaves also of Center; and twelve grandchildren. |
