FINAL FANTASY VIII

Graphically, FF VIII is one of the best games on the Playstation to date. On the other hand, it just didn't grab me like FF VII did. I didn't find myself screaming for joy when I defeated a boss and I didn't get a tear to my eye when Squalll rescued Rhinoa in space. Don't get me wrong, it is a great game and worthy of the name Final Fantasy, but don't expect to convince me that it is the best one out there because I just don't see it. Nevertheless, I enjoyed it a great deal and to show it, I've nabbed some really great images of the game in all its glory. Enjoy!

Even though the love story between Squall and Rhinoa was touching, it seemed to be the only element that drove the game. Of course this is just my opinion, but tou can't really point out anything else about the story that was substantial.
The environments in this game were spectacular!
Zell has to be the best one in the game! He was just soooo freaking funny.
I do think the whole dream thing with Laguna and his pals was good.
You were also made to rely on the GFs to much in FF VIII.
The story behind Squall and Seifer's hatred should have been explored more.
