Please Dear Lord let them pass this bill
Not just for Terri but all that can't say their will
Her body may not be like it should be
But she's fighting like a champ you see

Let her mind be heard loud and clear
That all God's people hold her dear
She deserve to live like anyone else
She's trying to defend herself

Let all the voices ring for her
She not just a has been in other words
Let the men and women who serve out states
We want you to know we're praying make no mistakes

I wonder how they would feel
If by some chance it was someone they kill
Would they fight for their love one too
Or would they fight for someone special like you

Where is the justice in her life
Her husband wants another wife
He took the money that could have made her well
And made her parent's life a living hell

Terri is running out of time
A judge pronounce sentence she has to die, so unkind
It's call starvation in the name of humanity
Boy our world has lost its sanity

He gave her until the eighteen of this month
Then they will remove the tube no more lunch
It could take eighteen to thirty days
As her life just fads away

If God can send ten thousand Angle's with a prayer
Just think how many he can send with all who care
Please Lord don't let them take away our hope
Pass this bill for Terri, so her family can now cope
