This pic shows the 4 holes that are plugged.  The three in the top are 3/8" NPT and the lower one is 1/8" NPT.
Here is the combustion chamber after a little cleaning up in the ports.

This is where I plugged the oil passage which brings oil to the oil galleys from the head bolt. I didn't want  oil going back down to the head bolt and gasket. So the 1/8 NPT plug stops this.  You could also plug the other port(located at 7:00oclock from the plug) which would keep oil from reaching the two small oil squiters. I used JB weld for blocking these.
