Episode 6
At the pub, Shan Cai noticed Lei was a totally different person. He wasn’t
the once, shy Lei she used to know. She excused herself and went home in order
to avoid Lei. At home, when Dao called up, she didn’t answer the phone because
she was thinking non-stop of Lei. The next day, Shan Cai went up to the rooftop
to find Lei already there. They talked about Paris as the ‘new’ Lei kept on
teasing her, putting her in a confusing state. Meanwhile, Dao was looking for
Shan Cai because he wanted to take her to meet up with the main culprit behind
the photos on her and the DJ. That night, they went to the culprit’s house. Shan
Cai couldn’t believe her eyes when she saw that the main culprit was Li Chen. It
turned out Li Chen had always envied of Shan Cai. The disappointed Shan Cai gave
Li Chen back the white bear given to her by Li Chen, signifying the end of their
friendship. The next day, Ching Her informed Shan Cai that Li Chen had left the
university for good. Li Chen left the white bear for Shan Cai, apologizing for
the very last time.
Dao brought Shan Cai out for a walk in order to
brighten up her mood. Then, he informed her that they were going to Japan for a
short holiday. Shan Cai had no choice but to go when her father had agreed to
it. The other F3 each brought along a partner. At the resort, Shan Cai started
to panic when Dao informed her that they would be sharing a room together.
Finally, she calmed down when Dao promised that he would not do anything to her.
Still, Shan Cai couldn’t sleep because all she could think about was Lei. She
decided to go out for a walk along the beach after Dao fell asleep. Much to her
delight and surprise, Lei was there at the seaside. She went over to greet Lei
who then pulled her down and asked her to hold him for a while. After a while,
Shan Cai’s cellular rang and she quickly went back inside. Halfway, she bumped
into Dao who was dragging both Simon and Mei Zhuo to find her. She lied to Dao
about being alone at the beach.
The next day, F4 played some friendly
beach ball games. During the games, Dao accidentally stepped onto a cellular
which he thought was Lei’s but Lei informed him that it must have been Shan
Cai’s because they were out here at the beach, chitchatting. Dao, hearing this
was too stunned to do anything and was hit by the ball on the head. When F3 and
Shan Cai rushed to his side, he quickly hid the cellular. Dao was hurt when he
asked Shan Cai of her cellular whereabouts and she lied to him one more time.
Out of nowhere, Ching Her arrived at the beach, bringing along a magazine
featuring Tang Chin and news on her marriage. Everybody looked at Lei who acted
cool about it. Now Shan Cai knew why Lei had changed into a different person.
That night, Shan Cai went out to the beach again because she knew Lei would be
there. Lei was in miserable stated and asked San Cai whether he could hugged her
or not; San Cai agreed. Lei couldn’t control his emotion and kissed San Cai
without knowing Dao was there, watching the whole scene. Dao hit Lei and took
off angrily.
Simon and Mei Zhuo who knew nothing of Lei with Shan Cai
became confused when Dao announced that Lei was no longer a member of F4.
Meanwhile, Lei started to ask Shan Cai out on dates as Dao indulged in a
drinking habit. Dao’s sister arrived at Taiwan from New York and gave Dao a hard
time for being a sore loser. She was famous for being a tough woman and her
attitude was worse that Dao. In order to get to know Shan Cai better, she
invited Shan Cai to the Dao’s residence.
