Episode 12
F3 visited Shan Cai who now lived alone. Much to everyone surprise, Dao’s mom
visited Shan Cai to try to buy her off again. Shan Cai was very mad when Dao’s
mom talked badly of her family. She declared war on Dao’s mom and surprised
everyone by doing so. F3 were proud of her and promised to stand by her no
matter what. In truth, F3 were actually very worried because they understand how
difficult Dao’s mom could be. Dao’s mom was so angry that she bought the place
where Shan Cai was living, thus leaving Shan Cai no place to call home.
Meanwhile, F3 told Dao what had happened between Shan Cai and his mom earlier
on. The excited Dao quickly went to find Shan Cai but when he arrived at her
home, she wasn’t there anymore. He became so worried that he was driving himself
mad by calling Shan Cai’s cellular non-stop, leaving voice mail messages.
Meanwhile, Shan Cai only thought of her cellular when she wanted to call Xiao
Yoe. She switched on the cellular and cried as she listened to the countless
messages Dao had left for her. Finally, Dao found her at the place where he
previously slapped her for babbling about Dao and Xiao Ji. San Cai and Dao
hugged each others with tears rolling down their cheek.
Dao then brought
her to his house and was surprised to see Yu Sau back at the house. She was
there to take care of Dao as sent by Dao’s mom who had to go to New York to
handle some matters. Yu Sau insisted that if Shan Cai wanted to stay at Dao’s
house, she had to work as a maid. Although Dao wasn’t willing but he had no
choice when Shan Cai agreed to it. And so, Shan Cai worked and lived at Dao’s
house. At the university, Simon and Mei Zhuo teased Dao about the fact that Shan
Cai was now living under one roof with Dao. They challenged him to ‘do’
something with Shan Cai. Dao accepted the challenge and called Shan Cai up,
informing her that he would come to her room that night. That night, Shan Cai
became very anxious as she waited for Dao. She even tried to run away but Dao
came in time to stop her. It turned out that he only wanted to stars gazing with
her. He then gave her a very beautiful diamond necklace and they kissed. There,
they made a pact to try out dating each other for 2 months.
The next
day, Xiao Yoe suggested to Shan Cai that they should go on a double date. Shan
Cai tried to get Dao to go but he refused to go out on a date at a fun park with
another couple. Still, on that day, Dao made an appearance and tried to get
along with Xiao Yoe and boyfriend, Chong Her. In the end, Dao hit Chong Her who
acted like a jerk. Dao and Shan Cai quarrel again. Chong Her stopped seeing Xiao
Yoe and she was very sad because he was her first boyfriend. Although Xiao Yoe
pretended she didn’t care, Shan Cai knew Xiao Yoe was hurt so she kept on
apologizing to her. Then, one day, both of them bumped into Chong Her who was
now with another girl! He pretended to not knowing Xiao Yoe and talked badly of
her. The hurt Xiao Yoe ran away, crying.
