Bao Long is sleeping in his room the next morning. His goes out into the living room with his head hurting. As Bao Zhu is exercising, Bao Long asks her where Tang Shu is. She tells him that he went out early in the morning to find some old friend he hasn't seen for 20 years. Bao Long stands there as he remembers Tang Shu's words about this person in his heart for 20 years, the song he always plays when he remembers her and Yun Jie and Tang Shu last night. Then he realizes that Mei Yun Jie is the person Tang Shu has been waiting for for the past 20 years. Bao Zhu just looks at Bao Long with a confused expression.

Tang Shu is at the May Pub. He's dressed nicely and can't seem to decide whether or not to wear the hat he brought or not. Yun Jie makes him some coffee and then sits down next to him. Tang Shu asks her how's she been and then, trying to get some information on her marital status, asks if she's been alone for the past years. Yun Jie smiles and jokes that she drinks all the time, so what idiot would want to bring trouble for themselves? In return, she asks him the same question. He tells her that he also single. Yun Jie doesn't believe him. How can such a nice man still be single? Then Tang Shu starts to talk about how God is playing them and about Bao Long's father. Yun Jie looks down, and then asks Tang Shu what kind of person Bao Long is. Tang Shu seems excited when he gets to explain to her about Bao Long. He tells her that ever since Bao Long was young, he was smart and honest. And he's gotten himself a great job after coming back from America. After he's done, she asks him if he helped her keep the secret. Since she told him not to say anything, of coarse he didn't. But he really never thought that "they" would meet each other. Yun Jie tries to get off the subject and tells him to let the past be the past. 

At nighttime, Yun Jie is busy serving all her customers. As she is busy working, Ma Li, Ai Lun and Bao Zhu are sitting at a table observing her. They are trying to figure out whether or not she's the owner of the pub, if she's the one that Tang Shu likes. Yun Jie walks over to their table to see if they are ready to order. While she's there, Bao Zhu introduces herself as Bao Long's sister, Bao Zhu and then introduces Ai Lun and Ma Li. After Yun Jie leaves to get them drinks, they huddle and start talking about Yun Jie and Tang Shu. They quickly lean back when they see Yun Jie coming back with the drinks. Bao Zhu wants to know what the relationship between Yun Jie and Tang Shu are. Yun Jie tells them that they are good friends. Then Ying Feng walks into the pub with Hao Ge. Hao Ge sees Ma Li, Ai Lun and Bao Zhu and points them out to Ying Feng. Ying Feng goes over to their table and also puts down two dishes. Then he asks them if Jia Le came with them. Ma Li responds that they are afraid that if Jia Le came she would offend him. (and cause her to get kidnapped or something similar to that to happen again) Ying Feng looks down. Then he taps Bao Zhu on the shoulder and asks her to move over. He sits down. Everyone is trying to avoid eye contact with him. He knows that everyone is worried about Jia Le. Bao Zhu thinks that if he told Jia Le from the start who he was, then non of them with half to worry. Ying Feng explains that he didn't say it because he never thought about being with her. Then later, he didn't know how to tell her. Ma Li, adding to the dissing, says that it's only because he's not sincere. No...that's not true...it's because he likes her. So he didn't want her to get hurt, however he can't do that himself. Without their support, she wouldn't have been as happy. They 3 of them has been Jia Le's good friends ever since they were little, so they won't flip out on each other for such a small matter. Now it's Ai Lun's turn. She asks him, what makes him think he can give Jia Le happiness? Ying Feng, looking down, says that he doesn't have any confidence and also don't have any guarantees. The 3 roll their eyes. He continues. It's because his happiness is in Jia Le's hands. The 3 girls look at each other. 

Back over at the counter, Yun Jie comes back with the food Hao Ge ordered. When he asks her how he should call her, she tells him that Ying Feng calls her Mei Yun Jie. It turns out that Hao Ge knows her. He used to be at the "Black Beauties" and helped sell stuff. He heard that Yun Jie left "Black Beauties" because she was pregnant. Yun Jie gives out a fake laugh and says that he shouldn't listen to what other people say. And to get off this topic she purposely cheers with Hao Ge. 

Jia Le is sitting outside right in front of Ying Feng's statue and staring at it. Ma Li, Ai Lun and Bao Zhu walk up behind her. Jia Le turns around and then stands up to face them. Ai Lun asks her, if they didn't call her, then does that mean she wouldn't call them? Jia Le doesn't know what to say and just looks at them. Then Bao Zhu makes a move and starts to sing the first line of "Ai De Lu Shang Qian Wan Li" (On The Long Love Journey). Then Ma Li and Ai Lun join in. Jia Le laughs and sings along too. They all sing and dance in a silly way. Then they all hold hands, forming a circle, and start to sing as they go around in circles. It seems like awhile since they have had this much fun with each other after so much that has happened.

Hao Ge is at Ma Ye's house again. He's telling Ma Ye about Ying Feng. About how he has never seen Ying Feng smile so happily before. Ying Feng also told him that this time, it doesn't matter what Jing Jing does, because he will not let go. Hao Ge also mentions Mei Yun Jie, who use to work at "Black Beauties," to Ma Ye. Ying Feng doesn't know about this. From the looks of it, Yun Jie doesn't really seem to like talking about the past. Then Hao Ge assures Ma Ye that he'll be aware of every person around Ying Feng. 

At Shopping More, everyone is very busy cleaning the office. Jia Le asks Mickey what's going on. She finds out that the owner of Shopping More will be coming to inspect the office. She remembers what Ying Feng had told her that day at the oceanside, that Ma Ye was the owner of Shopping More. A black car is driving down the road as everyone at Shopping More is still busily moving boxes and cleaning desks. Xiao Zheng tells Jia Le that he has been working here for awhile and has never seen the owner. Ah Hao adds in that even she has never seen the owner before. Mickey wonders why the owner suddenly would want to come and inspect the office. Ah Hao starts to jump to conclusions and panics like crazy. The black car arrives at Shopping More. A man in a black suit steps out and opens the back door for Ma Ye. Inside Shopping More Jia Le is trying to call Ying Feng to tell him to quickly come, but Ah Hao tells her that it's too late. If the owner has any questions about anything, Jia Le will have to be the one who answers and explain everything. As Ma Ye comes out of the elevator, everyone lines up at the entrance, ready to greet the owner whenever he steps in. Everyone bows and greets Ma Ye when he comes in. He observes everyone and stops at Jia Le. Feeling his stare, Jia Le looks at him and smiles. Jia Le, Ah Hao and the boss show Ma Ye around and answer his questions. Ma Ye says to the boss that from what he knows, if it wasn't for Ying Feng this so called Valentine's Day product would have been a big failure. And the bathing suit product? It must have been another of his stupid ideas. When Ma Ye questions them, the boss and Ah Hao doesn't know what to say or how to respond. Then Jia Le speaks up and says that it was her who thought up of the idea. Ma Ye raises his eyebrows and then tells Jia Le to go follow him. 

Ma Ye is seated as Jia Le comes in with his coffee and places it in front of him. Ma Ye tells her that he'll give her one last chance. Jia Le tells him that she firsts wants to correct his use of words. It's directions not explanations. If the bathing suit was not able to be sold it would lose lots of money. Ma Ye turns around in his chair to have his back facing Jia Le. Jia Le continues that what he said is not wrong, when you do something wrong you have to admit it. However she thinks that to admit your wrongdoing you can't just admit it. You should work hard to reduce the amount of money lost to the minimum. The bathing suits were designed for multiple uses and because of that every single bathing suit was sold, not one was left over. This helped retrieve all their losses. So she believe that this way is not wrong at all. Of coarse, if he believes she made a mistake, all she can say is that she's the one who did it and he should only punish her. So should Ma Ye praise her for braveness? Or should he blame her for being disrespectful? Jia Le quickly answers that she wasn't being disrespectful, she just telling the truth. So she was the one who was able to redesign 2,000 bathing suits with her bare hands? Yep, she's the person who worked hard for several nights just to get these 2,000 bathing suits redesigned so they would be able to be sold. So Ma Ye wonders, does she know who he is? She nods and responds that he's the owner of Shopping More, the leader of the mafia and Ying Feng's godfather. So since he is the owner of Shopping More in which she's working at and the godfather of Ying Feng, shouldn't she be ingratiating? Jia Le thinks that ingratiating is no use unless she's a person with no strength. He turns back over to face her and asks he if she's not afraid of him objecting to her being with Ying Feng. Jia Le simply answers that objection is no use because she will work hard to get everyone's blessings. Ma Ye gives a small sigh. And then takes a sip of Jia Le's coffee. After putting the cup down, he compliments that the coffee is really good and gives her a smile. 

Ying Feng just arrives at Shopping More when Mickey comes running to him, telling him that something terrible has happened. He asks Mickey and the others what has happened. They tell him that the owner has come and he wasn't too happy about the bathing suit product. Right now he's inside with Jia Le and they've been in there for some time already. Just then Ma Ye comes out laughing with Jia Le walking beside him. Ying Feng looks at Me Ye with a somewhat suspicious face, trying to figure out what Ma Ye came for and what he's up to.

When Ma Ye is about to leave Ying Feng helps walk him out. After they left everyone in the company surrounds Jia Le and bombards her with questions about what was said during the time she was inside the room with Ma Ye. As Ying Feng and Ma Ye walk out of the elevator, Ma Ye tells Ying Feng that he should know he has always wished that Ying Feng was his son. In Ying Feng's heart, he has always been like his parent. Everyone was afraid of him, but Ying Feng was different, he dared to talk to him differently. When Ying Feng hears this he tries to talk, but is stopped by Ma Ye. Ma Ye tells him that it's a good thing and he likes it. He also tells him that after spending a half a day with Jia Le, he feels like she's his daughter in law. He laughs and leaves, as Ying Feng just stands there, absorbing what Ma Ye just said. After Ma Ye gets into his car, he scrolls down his window to tell Ying Feng to bring Jia Le over this Saturday to eat dinner with him. Ying Feng smiles and walks back into the building. In the car Ma Ye puts on another expression and sighs and tells the driver to call Ah Hao. 

Tang Shu is playing "Ai De Lu Shang Qian Wan Li" (On The Long Love Journey) on his saxophone with Bao Zhu at the side listening. When Tang Shu finishes Bao Zhu claps and compliments him. Then asks him if there's something wrong since he played this song over and over the entire morning. Smiling, Tang Shu says that nothing is wrong. Bao Long comes and asks Tang Shu who Mei Yun Jie is. He tells them that she's a friend he's known for 20 years. Bao Zhu wonders if Mei Yun Jie could be the women he has been waiting for for 20 years. Tang Shu's eyes widen and he stutters when he tries to deny. He quickly runs back inside the house to avoid having to answer anymore of their questions or letting anything out. But of coarse Bao Zhu and Bao Long already know that Mei Yun Jie is indeed the woman he's been waiting for from the way he reacted. So the 2 of them decide to help Tang Shu out.

Bao Long arrives at Mei Yun Jie's house to ask her to go over his house for dinner. With Bao Long and his sweetness, who could say no?

Tang Shu is cooking in the kitchen. Bao Zhu comes in and starts to spray some perfume on Tang Shu. He wonders what in the world she is doing. She observes his clothes and asks him if he ought to change into something better. He's cooking so there's no need to change. So Bao Zhu then says that she is very hungry today, could he possibly cook a few more dishes? She names a few dishes, but Tang Shu laughs. There are only 3 of them, how could they possibly eat all the food? Bao Zhu scratches her head and tries to think of something. She tells Tang Shu that Bao Long wants to eat them. Well since Bao Long wants to, then Tang Shu decides to make them. 

Bao Long has brought Yun Jie to his house. As she is exploring the house Bao Long tells her that this is actually Tang Shu's home. Since his parents are in America, he is living with Tang Shu since Tang Shu has taken care of them since they were little and has followed his father for some time. Yun Jie sees Bao Long's picture when he was younger and comments that he was really obese. She remembers that he wasn't that obese. This leads Bao Long to wonder is she has ever seen him before. Realizing that she said something she shouldn't have she quickly comes up with an explanation. She tells him that she's been Tang Shu's friend for so long so of coarse she's seen him. Tang Shu comes out to tell Bao Long that dinner is ready, but he never expected to see Yun Jie. His eyes widen as he drops the cloth he was holding with his mouth wide open. 

Everyone is seated at the dinner table. Bao Zhu tells Yun Jie that Tang Shu changed his clothes when he knew that she came. Bao Long picks up some food and gives it to Yun Jie to try. Yun Jie compliments Tang Shu's cooking and says that this is the first time she has tasted his food. Bao Zhu continues to try and help Tang Shu tells Yun Jie that she can come to their house for dinner everyday if she wants. If she comes everyday, Tang Shu would surely be very happy. She also hints that whoever marries Tang Shu would be very happy. Yun Jie thinks that it's so weird that Tang Shu is still single considering how good of a guy he is. Bao Zhu correct Yun Jie that Tang Shu isn't single, he's had a woman inside his heart for 20 years. Tang Shu tries and stop Bao Zhu but is unsuccessful. After hearing this Yun Jie wonders who this woman could be. Tang Shu tells her not to listen to Bao Zhu and tells everyone to drink the wine. The phone rings and Bao Zhu goes to answer it. While Bao Zhu is answering the phone Bao Long tells Yun Jie that Tang Shu is really romantic. Every time he thinks of this woman he would play the saxophone, he's played "Ai De Lu Shang Qian Wan Li" (On The Long Love Journey) for 20 years. Then Bao Zhu comes out with the phone, it's her mother and she wants to talk to Bao Long. Yun Jie has an uncomfortable look when she hears that it's Bao Long's mom. 

Yun Jie drank a lot so she's very drunk. Bao Long is attempting to walk her home. She vomits into the bushes and then she turns around to face Bao Long. She asks him to tell her he loves her. She takes his hands and asks him over and over again to tell her he loves her. As she is shaking him and asking him to tell her he loves her, a flashback occurs in Bao Long's mind. He sees a young woman shaking him telling him to say he loves her. Shocked by this he lets go of Yun Jie and she falls to the ground. Then he immediately goes over to her and helps her back up. He apologizes and then helps her home.

Tang Shu is washing the dishes and whistling the tune of "Ai De Lu Shang Qian Wan Li" (On The Long Love Journey). Bao Long comes home and leans on the wall. When Tang Shu asks him what's the matter, he asks him if he's been kidnapped before. Tang Shu looks a bit shocked by the question and then tells Bao Long that it's impossible. Bao Long was about to tell him about the flashback when Jing Jing calls him. When Bao Long still refuses to cooperate with her, she tells him to watch out. Bao Long decides that he will have to be protecting Jia Le. Tang Shu tells him that he'll help him.

The next day Tang Shu and Bao Long are following Jia Le around ,with out her knowing, trying to protect her. Jia Le is happily walking in the streets when a man on a scooter appears behind her with a wrench like tool. He's about a few feet away from Jia Le when Bao Long knocks him off his scooter and behind a wall. So the scooter slides in front of Jia Le. She turns around but sees no one, since Bao Long and the guy are behind the wall. She picks up the scooter and places it near the wall so it's not in the middle of the walkway and then continues to walk happily. Next, a guy in a motorcycle is driving towards Jia Le. Bao Long and Tang Shu runs out in front of the guy and then punches him. His helmet rolls in front of Jia Le. Not finding anyone when she turned, she keeps on walking. After a motorcycle comes a van. Tang Shu tries to persuade Bao Long not to stop the van, but since Ying Feng was able to do it, then Bao Long thought he can too. He runs out into the road, stands in the middle of the road with his hands out and then shuts his eyes. When nothing happens Bao Long opens his eyes to find that the van simply went around him and also stops to let Jia Le cross the road. Tang Shu lets out a sigh of relief. A woman, it's Jing Jing, dressed mysteriously with sunglasses walks into the elevator with Jia Le. Bao Long and Tang Shu couldn't make it in time and the door to the elevator closed. Without thinking Bao Long immediately runs for the stairs. While Tang Shu walks over the T.V. He calls Bao Long and tells him which floor Jia Le is currently at. Inside the elevator, the mysterious woman digs inside her bag and lifts up a knife. She purposely holds the knife up so that the camera can capture it. Then she slowly lifts up the knife, ready to take action any minute. But the minute she goes forward to stab Jia Le, the elevator door opens and Jia Le walks out, causing the woman to miss. Tang Shu tells all this to Bao Long and then tells him that Jia Le is in the bathroom right now. So Bao Long rushes to the bathroom. Jia Le was fixing her make up when Bao Long appears. He starts to open every single door to see if anyone is in there. A confused Jia Le tries to find out what in the world he is doing and at the same time trying to stop him from what he is doing. There is one last door and Bao Long kicks it open to find Ah Hao sitting on the toilet. She screams her head off when this happens. Jia Le and Bao Long scream as well. Bao Long immediately runs out afterwards. Ah Hao then passes out. Jia Le,  looking back and forth not knowing what to do, peeks out to see Tang Shu at the elevator motioning Bao Long to get in. When Tang Shu sees Jia Le, he covers his head and walks into the elevator after Bao Long. Jia Le scratches her head in confusion.
