First Time
Do you still find yourself thinking about your first time? Look at your partner now, and tell me that, you honestly dont think of your first love from time to time, no matter how happy you are with your current partner. Of course you do. We all do. First love is the most passionate, the most exciting, the most dangerous, and the most forbidden of all love. It is also the one that you never forget, despite your parents, telling you that, "Theres plenty more fish in the sea." What was your first love like? Would you like to remember him or her in a poem? Why not let me write it for you. e-mail me more details.
First Time
By Amanda Jay Clark.
I remember the day I
saw you,
For the very first time.
I remember thinking then,
That I had to make you mine.
I can still recall your hairstyle,
And all the clothes you wore,
And I remember thinking then,
Id never seen the likes before.
That first bright smile you gave me,
No matter how innocently meant,
Still warms the coldest winter day,
With the message that it sent.
The shy giggle that accompanied,
The very first words you said,
Made with sweat with anticipation,
Of how good youd be in bed.
I can still feel your first touch,
Tingling on my skin.
And that first taste of forbidden fruit,
That seemed like such a sin.
Your first kiss still lingers,
On my ever puckering lips.
You drive me down memory lane,
On wild exciting trips.
The first time we made love,
Is still imprinted on my mind.
Like a video tape from heaven,
When I press play, and then rewind.
I have no regrets of our love,
Except, for maybe when,
Ive found myself still thinking of you,
When Ive been with other men.
