Ingredients: 1/4 cup Boiling Water 1/4 cup Instant White Rice 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1/4 cup grated carrot 1/4 cup kernel corn, frozen or canned 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 tsp Prepared Horseradish 1/2 tsp Salt 1/8 tsp Pepper 1/2 lb Lean Ground Beef 4 Medium green peppers, tops cut off, cleaned inside 10 oz Condensed Tomato Soup Directions: Pour boiling water over rice in bowl. Cover. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add next 8 ingredients. Pour 1/4 can of soup in rice mixture, mix well. Stuff peppers with rice mixture. Place in 5 quart slow cooker. Spoon soup over top of peppers, leave 1/4 can of soup and add same amount water, pour around peppers. Cover. Cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or high for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours. Serves 4 |
