
Ingredients: 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 lb (500g)boneless beef sirloin or inside round steak, cut in strips 1 medium green pepper, cut in strips 1 medium onion, sliced 1 can (10oz/284 mL) Campbell's Condensed Tomato or 25% Less Sodium Tomato Soup 1/4 cup orange juice 1 tbsp soya sauce 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tsp (5mL) garlic powder 4 cups hot cooked rice Heat half the oil at medium-high in a large skillet. Add beef and stir fry until cooked through. Reduce heat to medium. Set beef aside. Add remaining oil. Add pepper and onion and cook until tender-crisp. Stir in mixture of soup, orange juice, soya sauce, vinegar and garlic powder. Return beef to skillet. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice. |
