
Prep Time: 10 min Ready In: 30 min Ingredients: 1/2 cup KRAFT Creamy Cucumber Dressing 1-2 Tbsp. curry powder. ½ cup sliced celery ½ green onions sliced carrots 1 can chicken broth 1 can MINUTE Rice chopped dried apricots cashews 2 tsp ginger Pour over chopped boneless, skinless chicken breasts (a pound should do it for four) and marinate 10 min COOK marinated chicken in a large fry pan chopped celery, green onions and carrots until browned. Pour in 1 can chicken broth then measure 1 can Rice and add to pan. BRING to a boil, remove from heat and stir in a handful each chopped dried apricots and cashews and 2 tsp ginger. Cover and let stand for 10 min. |
