HAM LOAF


Ingredients:
¾ Cup flour
4 eggs
1/3 Cup butter
1 small cup of sour cream
½ Cup grated cheese
1 Cup grated ham
Salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 Cup milk

Directions:
1. Break the eggs, separating whites from yolks. Put
them in a bowl and mix with cream.

2. Gradually add melted butter, beating energetically.

3. Mix baking powder and flour. Gradually add to
the bowl sprinkling over the entire surface.

4. If the flour becomes hard to stir gradually add the
cold milk.

5. Add cheese and ham.

6. Beat egg whites until firm and fold in.

7. Put the batter into a buttered pan and bake at 375
degrees C. about ¾ hour.
