GINGER ORANGE PORK CHOPS (4)


Ingredients:
2 T. vegetable oil
4 chops
1 clove garlic, minced
2/3 C. orange juice
1 t. brown sugar
¼ t. dry mustard and ginger
pinch ground coriander
1 t. cornstarch
1 T cold water
salt and pepper

1. Cook chops in oil 6 minutes, turn and cook 6 to 8 minutes longer.

2. Remove and keep warm. Drain off most of fat.

3. Add garlic, cook 30 seconds.

4. Add orange juice, scraping up drippings.

5. Add sugar, mustard, ginger, coriander. Cook, stirring for one minute.

6. Stir cornstarch into water, add to pan and cook, stirring for one minute.

7. Season and spoon over chops.
