
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 2 eggs 1/4 cup milk 14 ounces creamed corn -- canned 1 cup soft bread crumbs 1/4 cup finely chopped onions 2 teaspoons prepared mustard 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs 2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- melted In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain and set aside.. In a bowl, combine eggs and milk. Add the corn, soft bread crumbs, onion, mustard, salt, and beef; mix well. Transfer to a greased 9-inch square baking dish. Toss dry bread crumbs with butter; sprinkle over meat mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until golden brown. |
