Drop Biscuits

This is an easy way to enjoy biscuits without
all the rolling and cutting.

Makes about 1 dozen

2 teaspoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Baking powder
2 1/2 cups Flour
2 cups Cream

Mix together the dry ingredients. Blend in the cream
until a dough forms. Pre-heat the oven to 400. Drop
2-ounce mounds on an ungreased baking sheet.
Cook for 15-20 minutes, or lightly browned.
Serve hot with butter or your favorite jam.
