Butterscotch Fudge
1 lb butter
1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips or chocolate
7 cups of Icing sugar
Melt butter and chips for about 5-7 mins. Stir in
icing sugar until very stiff, then press into a pan
pre slice or score. Chill in fridge for about 2 hrs.
