
Ingredients: ½ cup sugar 2 tbsp water ½ cup orange juice 2 tsp butter 3 tsp rum 1 tsp lemon juice 6 bananas 6 small scoops vanilla ice cream ½ tsp cinnamon 1. In large deep skillet heat sugar with water over medium heat, watching carefully until sugar melts and starts to turn caramel color. 2. Gently stir in juice and butter, being careful because mixture will bubble up. 3. Add rum, lemon and cinnamon; cook, stirring for 4 to 5 minutes or until smooth (can be prepared 12 hours in advance). 4. Cut bananas into 1-inch slices, add to sauce and heat through. 5.
