name: Finnegan Montgomerie

called: Finn. People only call him Finnegan when they're mad at him, and he rarely gives that name anyways.

age, etc: Seventeen years old, born February 18 in Edinburgh, Scotland.

magic: Illusion magic. Finn can make people see things that aren't really there. He can change the apppearance of just about anything, including himself. He's been at the school since his freshman year, so he is able to control his magic very well. He can return things to the way they were any time he wants, but he can only keep things under an illusion for around a week, give or take a few days depending on how much of a change it was.

family: Very, very Scottish. I'm not sure if there are Scottish family stereotypes floating around out there, but if there are I'm sure Finn's family would fit them.

parents- His father, Clyde Montgomerie owns a law firm in Scotland. His mother, Alana Montgomerie is a fashion designer. His mother is without a doubt the "cool" parent, while his father keeps everything in order. Finn is not such the biggest fan of his father and actually tries to avoid him whenever it's possible. His mother would be a soccer mom. If Finn played soccer. *cough*

siblings- He has twin sisters, age fourteen. Neither of them have magic and he picks on them constantly, but in that big brother kind of way. He secretly loves them.

appearance:
eyes- his eyes are a light green color, slanted upwards a bit. Framed by short, light lashes. His eyes are so expressive and they can get so sexual without warning that it kills.

hair- his hair is a dirty blonde color, long and shaggy. It's usually always straight and falling in his face. Finn is one of those boys who has been blessed with exceptionally soft hair that girls love to play with.

features- very angular. He has sharp, high cheekbones and a long, sharp nose. His lips are thinner than most, and are usually always turned up slightly in the corners, giving him a seemingly permanent smirk.

extras- He has a tattoo of an anchor on his left shoulderblade as a result of a drunken escapade with a friend. He'll be sure to make up some sort of story about how he acquired it if asked, though.

clothing: Finn has a pretty classy sense of style. Everything designer. Enjoys wearing suit jackets over t-shirts with jeans. He usually doesn't put much thought into what he wears, since it will probably be coming off eventually, anyways. cough.

personality: Contrary to popular belief, Finn really isn't such a bad guy. He's funny, charming and occasionally very, very sweet. He actually is capable of having friends who are girls and doesn't expect to get in their pants. He's respectful to most adults, except for teachers. Parents meet him and wish their daughters would date him, because he's spent so many years working on his charming, polite act.

The other side of Finn, however, is perfectly capable of being a complete asshole. He's a big fatty fat elitist and only sleeps with the hotgirls, because he's attractive enough to get away with it. If someone he has no interest in makes a pass at him he will very bluntly tell her that she isn't worth his time. Most boys (except for other scandal!boys) hate him. Finn has been known to sleep with someone "below" him just to screw up a relationship for fun. He's selfish, snarky, sarcastic, and sometimes just plain cruel. except most people don't see that side of him! so it's all good.

strengths and weaknesses
strengths- His magic is kind of a big strength, even if he does only use it to help himself. He has this air about him that makes people feel like they can trust him. Aaand he's a good lay? I guess that's a strength.

weaknesses- Most of his personality is pretty flawed. He uses people unabashedly and chances are, he does not care one whit about your feelings. He has no idea what it's like to truly care for someone because all of his relationships have been meaningless.

history: Was born in Edinburg, Scotland. His parents weren't around much as he was growing up, so he pretty much did what he wanted. His magic was discovered at an early age, so his parents hired a tutor to take care of him. He was fourteen when his mother got a huge job offer with a modeling agency in New York. The Montgomerie's relocated, taking Finn's tutor with them. He was sent to Whispers at the earliest age possible so he could get socialized. They have no idea. There are probably many Finnegan Junior's running around New York and Edinburg, but it isn't his problem, as far as he's concerned. The end.
