The current Bulletin Board is set up to facilitate the communication among professionals for information exchanges.  Under each topic, there will be a list of emails from either you or someone else interested in that topic.  You can then select the interest email(s) to read and then respond to through email tag on the top of that web page.  The email should always include my mailing address ([email protected]) so that your email will be retrieved and attached to the web sites automatically. Your comments and suggestions are always welcomed.
