Proposals for the Home Component Program for Tiffany Cheng:

1) Continue the discrete trial goals of compliance training (e.g. response to name, "Stand up", "Come here") and investigate compliance with warnings.

2) Continue and expand self-feeding.

3) Continue expanding communication of her wants: food, drink, dolls/toys, comforting, etc.

Given same discriminative stimuli, investigate various response modalities.

Investigate means of communicating illness or injury.

4) Continue and investigate alternatives for Tiffany to express choices at home (e.g. with dispensers, choice boxes, etc.

5) Investigate means for Tiffany to respond "Yes" and "No".

6) Continue as possible with equipment, OT recommendations for home activities.

7) Continue walking and stair climbing for exercise, balance on different surfaces, avoiding dangers, etc.

8) Investigate horse-riding like riding toys for balance.

9) Investigate and/or expanding "holding" on toys such as swings, merry-go-rounds, etc.

10) Investigate methods of increasing holding on to objects (may include adaptive

glove, etc)

11) Investigate and develop methods for reciprocal play, e.g. reciprocal ball rolling

(investigate possible adaptive/augumentive equipment.)

12) Investigate potential for developing peer imitation.
