Fran's Really Good Hummus

Ingredients

• 2 c cooked Garbanzos (soak 1 c overnight then simmer ~2hrs or use 1 can of chickpeas)
• 1/4 � 1/2 c bean juice
• 1/4 c lemon juice
• 2 T olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1/2 t salt
• 1/2 t parsley
• 1/4 t pepper
• 1/2 t paprika
• 1/8 t cayenne
• 2 1/2 T tahini (grind sesame seeds in coffee mill)

Instructions

1. Blend in food processor until desired consistency
