Backside 180
B/S 180:This trick is almost the same as F/S 180, but instead of going behind you, you spin forwards and this trick is harder. Firstly get your feet in the ollie position   (i think this is the best position, personally, but experiment) you want your hands and legs (all your body) helping you to get the whole 180 spin, so get your arms in a suitable position. You firstly bend down and get ready, then pop with your back foot, you now push your body forwards, into the spin. You also have to push you feet forwards with the board, try and keep your feet "glued" to the board. When first trying this trick practise 90 degrees and 120 then 150 etc,. until you finally have this trick with a full 180 spin. Land it smoothly (hard to do if you only spin below 160 degrees) and ride away cooly.
