| This is a spot off Ringinglow Road (near the top) this is our local spot. This school used to be very good for skating, but all the ramps got ruined by people and police officers who didn't want us skating there. Now there is a two set and a three set with a short run-up, there are also another set of three and four sets but they have sketchy run-ups. There is also a BMX track around the back. At the minute there is a flatbank resting on the grass bank which is pretty good (this has been here for a while) but the other ramps never stay up for very long as people just dismantle them and make new ramps from the wood and bricks/supports available. There are some well waxed curbs and a long double-sided curb, which is also well-waxed. The ground is flat and very smooth as well. Un-fortunately the school is soon going to be demolished and flats and houses are being built (the next 6-12 months probably) although this keeps getting postponed. This is one of my favourite skate spots, but it is hard to skate at night as most of the lights have been broken, I would recommend this to people, but it may be hard for you to find. |
