Isaiah 41:13
"I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you."

I believe fear is one of the biggest tools the enemy uses against Christians. He knows that if he can get us to be afraid and be paralysed with fear, we will be less effective for the Kingdom of God. Fear is the opposite of faith, if you believe that God is going to come to your aid and help you with your problem (whatever that may be) then fear can not take hold of you, because you choose to believe that God's Word is true.

Psalm 56:3,4 says, "When I am afraid, I will put my confidence in you. Yes, I will trust the promises of God. And since I am trusting him, what can mere man do to me?"

Who are you putting your trust in?
