DISCLAIMER :     This kit is designed and manufactured to be fitted to an Austin A125 or A135, “D” series chassis and rear axle assembly, that was manufactured and produced by the Austin Motor Company Limited, Longbridge, Birmingham, UK, (or any other entity or person, under License to the Austin Motor Company Limited) to specifications and designs approved by the Austin Motor Company Limited for the manufacture of that type of chassis and rear axle assemblies.  It is not designed or intended that the kit be fitted to any vehicle that has had any of the chassis and rear axle assemblies modified in any way.  The fitting of this kit to any such modified chassis and rear axle assembly, or chassis and rear axle assembly other than Austin A125 or A135 “D” series vehicles, shall be at the risk and responsibility of the purchaser of the kit, the owner/s of the vehicle, and any person involved with the fitting of the kit, to such modified, or other, chassis and rear axle assembly.  No liability will be accepted by the manufacturer of the kit for any mishaps, damage or incidents of any kind causing damage, injury or losses of any kind, to any persons or property, that may arise from the fitting of this kit to modified, or other, chassis and rear axle assemblies or for fitting of the kit other than in accordance with these instructions.
