“D” SERIES FRONT SHOCK ABSORBERS.

 

 

The shock absorbers fitted to the front of “D” series Austin cars (both A125 & A135) are a particularly good shock absorber, notwithstanding that they are of course subjected to wear and tear over the 50 odd years of various use and abuse these cars may have had over the time they have been in existence.  They are a very strong piece of equipment that has been very well designed with a view of being readily reconditioned.

 

These shock absorbers are a good proposition to successfully recondition. 

 

I can recondition these shocks for between Aus$400.00 – Aus$500.00, a pair, subject to inspection and dependent upon the amount of wear to the shaft.
