This, believe it or not, is the ram that we used this year. He turned out way better then we ever would have expected. He was a bottle lamb out of one of my best ewes. He is half texel and half suffolk(almost pure, but I am not positive). He produced so well, he was exposed to 17 ewes, he got every one, and only threw one single! 2 sets of triplets too, and he really impressed us! Now that he is a year old, you can really see the texel influence! He was about 2 weeks old when this pic was taken. |
