| Obeisity | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| So many times if you watch the news, people will talk about the growing problem of obeisity. This is when a person is very overweight for their height and age, and it is actually a condition, not just a label. But is it always a bad thing? | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Should obeisity be discussed in schools, and should school meals be healthy to stop children becomming obeise? | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Should people have the right to eat whatever they want without any sya from anyone else? | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| If obeise people know they are larger than most people, which they must, does it effect us? | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Are you obeise? Chances are you're not, not that many people are, but it is a growing problem. If so, and you want to do something about it, there are only two options I'm afraid: 1. Exercise 2. Healthy Diets DON'T try and starve yourself, this doesn't help, and it makes you ill. If you really need to loose weight, loose it gradually, it will take a while but you'll feel better for it. Take up a sport you enjoy, maybe something you haven't tried before. Cut down on things like chocolate and coke, and start having fruit for snacks, nothing beats a nice juicy apple! But remember, if you are obeise but feel comfortable with you weight, don't feel pressurised to change. An visit your GP before dieting, so he or she can advise you on how overweight you are, how long you need to diet for and what diet to use. Good luck! |
