Hi, I’m Joliene.  I have known Kristin since 2004 when I started working at KU Continuing Ed.  One of the saddest days at work was when Kristin announced she was leaving our dysfunctional Continuing Ed family.  I always enjoyed coming back to Lawrence after traveling with our program and Kristin would always greet me with a smile and “I’m glad you are back, how was your trip.”  With an occasional lunch and a chance meeting at church we have remained good friends. 

On a personal level I don’t do anything real exciting.  I am an avid quilter and I always wish I had more time to spend quilting however, I am also a fabulous Aunt to my nephew Mitchell and he takes up what little free time I might have left. 

I was absolutely thrilled when Kristin asked me to be a part of this special day.  I know that it will be the first day of a wonderful journey for Matt and Kristin.
