Hi! I’m Dave Warren, long time friend of both Matt and Kristin. Matt and I met way back in Jr High. Yes the rumors of his blond afro are true. Now, 20 years of band, trivial pursuit, me trying to pick the “Mathman’s” brain about calculus, airplanes, blowing stuff up in my backyard, girls, cars, chimney fires, and a few hundred pounds of beef grilled to perfection later I don’t count him among my friends but among my family.

I believe I have the honor of saying I have known Matt and Kristin as a couple the longest, since I was there for that fate full night of CRUD (full contact pool game, you have to play it to understand) that started it all. To be honest I didn’t know if they liked each other or were just trying to kill each other. Now, nearly a decade later, the jury seems to have finally ended their deliberations and delivered to us the verdict.

I’m happy, proud, and excited to be a part of Matt and Kristin’s wedding. I wish you both the best, and look forward to many more years of friendship and crazy antics. Who knows, maybe we will even all live in the same time zone again! (lock up the explosives)
