*if no MBA Chairwoman then S'ganit assumes the position
* Vice President in charge of Membership
* Recruits, Retains, and (Re)Educates members
*In charge of Senior Appreciation and retention
*Oversees Spirit Chairwoman
*If no Spirit Chairwoman then Aym-Ha-Chaverot assumes the position
* Jewish Religious Awareness
* Promotes Jewish Heritage, Youth Awareness, and Community Service folds
* Plans and oversees all chapter programs dealing with Judaism (With S'ganit)
* Plans Shabbat Schmooze, BBG Shabbat, and other Regional Judaic programs with Regional counterparts
*Oversees TASC Chairwoman
*If no TASC Chairwoman then Sh'licha assumes the position
* Secretary
* Records minutes
* Presents minutes
* Keeps attendance records
* Responsible for weekly (and special) phone calls, e-mails, and the web page
