Animal Totem
The animal totem is likened to us as brother and sister and becomes a messenger to us from The Great Spirit. Each animal totem possesses medicine unique to that animal and has its own story to tell us. We learn who we are through observation of this animal. An animal totem may appear before us in the physical world. Or it may appear in our dreams. It comes to guide us into a deeper understanding of our spirit, mind, emotions, and body. And our connectedness to all things.
Life Path
Our assignment for life's journey. Our soul's purpose for being created and born. Greatest harm befalls the person who never discovers their life journey. For they remain tossed to and fro on the winds of life with no anchor. No solid ground beneath their feet. No true inner peace or happiness.
Power Totem
The animal spirit with whom we share a special strong bond. It is our brother/sister, our friend, and our messenger from our ancestors and the Great Father.
Birth Totem
Equivalent in the American Indian animal totem to our astrological Sun Sign. The sign we are given at birth and is determined by the date, time, and placement of the stars.
