Cleo Nancy McCullah was born October 26, 1917 in Saguache, Saguache County, Colorado to Fredrick McCullah and Cleo Fellows.

She married Joseph Costelloe on March 30, 1936 in the brides home in Riddle, Douglas County, Oregon.   To this union 2 daughter were born, Bonnie and Betty. 

She later married Onel William Dickens on  in Reno, Nevada to this union a son was born named Wesley Dickens.
