This Costume was made for Anime North 2003. This was 1 of 3 costumes I made for this convention.
I am wearing this costume.
This costume took a really long time to make. Lots of little details and such. Lots of handsewing for this one. The belt, the bag, the arm pieces, the hair extention. I almost didn't finish. I was scurrying to finish this one the night before the con.
If I could change anything on this one it would be the wig and my excess stomach hehehe. I look chubby in it!!! I really didn't like how the wig looked. It was a cheap wig. If I do this on again, I'm getting a better wig.
My greatest accomplishemnt on this costume is the half skirt. I handpainted the gradient on the skirt. I ened up hanging the fabrioc upsidwdown and soaking it so it would streak downward. I loved how it turned out!
