Flour
and Water
Mix to a good consistancy
and use
Rice
Boil the rice until
it is moist and sticky. Allow the rice to cool and drain off the excess
water. Mash the rice into a paste and use.
Cassava
Grate the cassava
and soak it in water. Strain out the liquid and allow it to stand for an
hour. Cassava starch should settle to the bottom. Pour off the excess water
and allow the starch to dry in the sun. Add cold water to the starch and
make it a thick paste. Slowly add boiling water to the paste until you
get the proper consistency.
