Important Stuff

        I spent 2 years serving in Africa for the United States Peace Corps. While I was there I wrote a manual on small scale appropriate technology.
        Since a Peace Corps Volunteer's work is never really done, I decided to post it on the web in .html form so that someone who needs it might stumble onto it. Also, I do occasionally update and improve on it, so keep an eye on it.
