The game started on a bad note and turned sour from there. First, we only had eight players show up. None of the missing thought enough about the team to call - they just didn't show. This meant we had to move players all over. Mary M. volunteered to catch moving Tori to the mound and Katie to short stop. CyCy had to cover second base. Three minutes after game time Sam showed up at least giving us nine players. I was the only coach here so I tried - unsuccessfully - to coach both first and third plus keep score. I gave that up after only three batters so there is no record of the game. The play of almost every player was off tonight. The final score ended up a 18-7 loss.
