What should have been the final 'game' of the season turned out to be another forfeit by our opponent. With only six players, the Mud Ducks gave up another loss. The 'Hearts could only stand by and watch as their players left the complex. Several SweetHeart players, for various reasons, left also leaving eight players wanting to play ball. Finally several players for another field came over and asked about playing a 'pick-up' game. For the next hour the girls had the very best time "just playing ball'. Amongst cries and " we want to play some more....please?" the coaches finally had to call off the "game" so the families could go home.
