SweetHearts vs Dynamite

    Game two of the night started off pretty much like game one ended.

First Inning: The SweetHearts were visitors to start the second game but in didn't matter much as they scored three runs to set the stage for Leah's second starting game on the mound. Coach told her that he would pull her if she gave up four runs in the inning.  She and her teams limited the Dynamite to just three runs to tie the game. She got very shaky backup from her teammates in the opening inning. However that would change as the night went on.

Second Inning: In the second inning the hitting by the SweetHearts started again this time powering to 10 more runs to take the lead 13-3. Again the 'Hearts hit the gaps and holes with doubles, triples and a homerun. With all the run support she would need Leah went back to the mound and shut down the 'mites - three-up-three-down.

Third Inning: In the third the 'Hearts made it plain that they would win this game too as they tacked on three more runs to put the game safely away. Leah had her roughest inning as she got tired and allowed the Dynamite to score four runs but the game was never in jeopardy.

Fourth Inning: Run production ended in the final inning as Leah herself became the final score for the SweetHearts in what was a 37-run night in two games. On the mound she gave up two more runs before the game was called due to time with a final score of 17-9. Leah managed to get her first win of the season and first complete game.
