Encaustic art greeting cards

These are very pretty and make great birthday cards. Each on is unique, they can look very similar but it is unlikely they will be identical. The artwork is created by melting coloured waxes onto an iron. The movement of the iron on the treated card is what makes the design. Because the wax melts and flows in different directions, this gives the cards their unique quality.

At the moment there are 3 main themes on offer  - landscape, fantasy and abstract. Some landscapes are more realistic and some are more stylized. As for abstract, that can cover anything  - pictures coming soon so you can have a look and see what appeals. These will continue to be available at markets and fairs, to raise money for Blue Ventures and Marine Conservation.
