Hey guys! Just wanted to share this with you. So I have gained a little weight over the past few months and deceided to watch what I ate a little more. I don't believe in dieting for myself because I won't deny my body of anything it's asking for!:), but I choose to eat in moderation instead. Anyway, earlier, I was playing a little dress up (yes, as woman alot of us still do that:) ) and I deceided to try on a bikini I hadn't had on for a while. To my surprise, the love handles I once had last time I tried it on was now gone! The only thing I have been doing is power walking and watching what I eat better like not having bread or pasta two days in a row. It's amazing what a little altering could do! Now, I'm not saying that this works for everybody, but eating in moderation and powering walking atleast 4 times a week can help...see I'm living proof! So take that diets!:)
