| I like to share positive things so here's a chance for me to tell you something good!:) | |||||
Taking a stand!!!  Hello peeps! So this past Saturday I attended a very important meeting that the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) had for their members. I was so glad that I deceided to go and to be honest it was my first meeting since becoming a member over 3 years ago. Without going into too much details, I will say that it was very intense and at times emotional. Their are issues that alot people have and have brought to the forefront and are hoping to have them resolved in the near future. Right now, there is talk of a possible strike for the actors and for those who aren't aware, there was just recently a four month strike with the writers and it left Hollwood in a very crippled state. So what do you do when something like this comes along once again? Do you deceided to vote no on another strike for the sake of being able to survive or do you stand your ground and fight for what you believe in regardless of the possibility of another strike? I for one was against it before going to the meeting, but hearing the issues I feel that it is necessary to stand up for what is right and if it comes down to it, then I will definately be on that picket line!

I don't know much about the SAG, but its amazing to me being on the outside looking in that they would have any thing to strike about. The issues must be very important when I put thought into it. Its a little late, this response I mean, but I agree with you about standing for what you believe in. You have the heart of lion so I know things will work out in your favor. You are the one person that I know that always goes for what you know. I keep you in the middle of my mind, good luck with that and GOD BLESS YOU!!
